Benjamin Franklin's Kneehole Desk

 

This is Benjamin Franklin’s desk from his Philadelphia residence.  It is a “kneehole” design with room about only enough to fit one leg under it, and it has many drawers, storage areas, and compartments.  It is made of mahogony and measures around 41.75″ high x 41.5″ wide x 22″ deep.  For more details on the desk, click here.
