Open to Any woman who is a citizen of either the United States of America, The Dominion of Canada, or Mexico, of good moral character, who is not less than sixteen years of age, shall be eligible to membership, provided that she shall be personally acceptable to the Society and shall be the lineal descendant of a Native or immigrant American ancestor who participated in any capacity in actual hostilities, one against the other, or in any other activity with each other, during the period May 14, 1607 to 1900.
