    Welcome to the forum! Glad you are here. Indeed history through all periods is exciting, and the Revolutionary War and Civil war helped shaped huge parts of the country. How did you start getting interested in history?

    I’ve found my interests evolve over time from different eras, often inspired by where I’m living or what I was learning about in school.
