The National Society Sons of Colonial New England is dedicated to the following goals:
1.) To collect and preserve records, documents, and relics pertaining to the history and genealogy of New England prior to July 4, 1776.
2. To prepare and distribute publications of all kinds relating to the history and genealogy of New England prior to July 4, 1776.
3. To commemorate and celebrate events in the history of New England prior to July 4, 1776.
4. To study the meanings of our colonial New England heritage as related to the problems of our day.
5. To inculcate patriotism.
6. To engage in other related educational, historical, genealogical, patriotic, literary, and social activities related to colonial New England.
The National Society Sons of Colonial New England is open to any gentleman of 18 years of age or more, who can prove lineal descent from a person born prior to July 4, 1776, in any of the present six New England states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
